A must-have app for the B&W enthusiast

Old Camera, like all of Takayuki Fukatsus apps, is well worth the money, and then some. Each of the effects is beautifully designed, and the interface is clean and responsive.

That said, I dont think of this as a primary, go-to app for guaranteed results. (That would be, in my opinion, Vint B&W.) This is more of a "special" effects app, which in certain situations creates an absolutely killer image. Any picture you take with it will be interesting, though some may not be quite what you were hoping for. (Kind of like Hipstamatic in that respect: you get what you get, and sometimes you love it.) In any case its well worth experimenting with, and deserves to be included in any B&W camera bag.
