How do I fix this issue

I am looking for a solution to fix the problem other users are experiencing. The app works great, beautiful photos, but it does not save them to my album(s) or anywhere that I can see. I am going to try to erase and reinstall. Perhaps that could work?
(Is this only happening with users that updated to i0S 6 on iphone 4? What about 4s?)
